Feedbacks:
1. Whether colorful patches are needed to fill in the negative space on the top?
2. The typography of texts on the bottom is too condensed. Try some regular sans serif.
3. The color of texts is eye-catching.
4. Applying black and white photo is a good idea. Maybe it is better to tile the photo covers the entire poster?

I erased all the color blocks in the sky and it makes my poster much clean.
I substitute the original font of the bottom text with a regular one. I also eliminated black block underneath to make it look more concise.
I added an ITP logo on the bottom right since I want to insert some iconic elements on the poster to help people easily recognize that this is a traditonal event of ITP.
